Every driver is locally trained on the route, background verified and rated continuously by Volcastay travellers.
Are vehicles insured?+
Yes — comprehensive insurance plus on-trip roadside assistance is included on every booking.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, 25% retention; within 12 hours, 50% retention.
Do you operate in monsoon and snow?+
Yes, with route-specific safety calls. Volcastay reserves the right to reschedule for road closures, landslides or weather advisories under force-majeure.
Who is liable for delays?+
Volcastay coordinates booking and vehicle quality, but transport is operated by vetted third-party providers; liability for delays caused by road, weather or third-party actions is limited per our transport terms.
