Independent organizers running events through Volcastay®.

1. Independent Organizer
Event organizers are independent contractors solely responsible for event planning, permits, venue safety, crowd management, food safety, insurance, artist contracts, ticketing accuracy and tax compliance.
2. Volcastay Role
Volcastay® only facilitates listing, discovery, booking and payment collection. Volcastay® is not the organizer, host, promoter or insurer of any event.
3. Cancellations
Organizer-initiated cancellations shall result in full refunds to participants, recovery of associated costs from the organizer and possible removal from the platform.
4. Indemnity
Organizers shall defend, indemnify and hold Volcastay® harmless from all claims arising from the event, including injury, death, property damage and regulatory action.
5. Content & Marks
Organizers grant Volcastay® a non-exclusive licence to use event names, descriptions and images for platform listing and promotion.
