Voluntary participation, assumption of risk, release of liability.

1. Activities Covered
Trekking, hiking, camping, motorcycling and bike expeditions, expeditions, adventure activities, outdoor recreation, water activities and any similar pursuit booked through Volcastay®.
2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that these activities carry inherent and unavoidable risks of serious injury, illness, property damage and death, arising from terrain, weather, altitude, wildlife, equipment, third-party conduct and your own actions. You knowingly, voluntarily and freely assume all such risks.
3. Medical Fitness Declaration
You declare that you are medically and physically fit to participate, are not pregnant (unless cleared in writing), are not under the influence of intoxicants, and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications and allergies. You participate against medical advice at your own risk.
4. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time, subject to the Cancellation Policy.
5. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Volcastay®, its proprietor, employees, agents, partners, providers, guides and instructors from any and all claims arising out of your participation, even where caused by ordinary negligence.
6. Emergency Response Disclaimer
In remote areas, emergency medical, evacuation and rescue services may be limited, delayed or unavailable. Volcastay® does not guarantee any specific response time or outcome.
7. Equipment & Instructions
You must use prescribed safety equipment and follow all instructions. Failure to do so terminates any duty owed by providers and shifts all risk to you.
8. Minors
Participants under 18 require an executed guardian waiver. Guardians are fully responsible for minors.
