1. Respect
Treat hosts, guests, staff, neighbours, animals and property with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats or violence will not be tolerated.
2. Honesty
Provide accurate information at booking and at check-in. Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation without refund and account termination.
3. Property Care
Use properties responsibly. No parties, illegal substances or unauthorised guests. Smoking only in designated areas. Damage is chargeable.
4. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, first-hand and not extortive. Volcastay® may remove reviews that violate these guidelines, contain personal data, are commercially motivated or are part of a dispute under investigation.
5. Reporting
Report safety, conduct or fraud concerns to support@volcastay.com.
6. Enforcement
Volcastay® may warn, suspend, blacklist or terminate any user violating these guidelines, in its sole discretion.
