Send a written grievance to the email above with your name, contact details, account/booking reference, nature of grievance, supporting documents and the relief sought.
3. Timeline
We will acknowledge within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve within 15 days, in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
4. Escalation
If unresolved, you may pursue the dispute resolution mechanism described in the Terms of Service.
