Transport Provider Terms
Independent transport operators carrying Volcastay® guests.

1. Sole Responsibility
Transport providers are solely responsible for vehicle condition and roadworthiness, valid permits and registrations, valid commercial driving licences, comprehensive insurance, driver conduct and training, passenger safety, route safety and compliance with all applicable transport, tax and labour laws.
2. Volcastay Role
Volcastay® only facilitates discovery, booking and payment collection for transport. Volcastay® is not a transport operator and is not liable for any act, omission, accident, delay, injury, death or damage arising from the transport service.
3. Indemnity
Transport providers shall defend, indemnify and hold Volcastay® harmless from all claims arising out of the transport service.
4. Insurance
Providers shall maintain at minimum statutory motor insurance plus passenger liability cover and produce certificates on request.
5. Suspension
Volcastay® may suspend or remove any provider at its sole discretion, including for safety, regulatory, complaint or quality reasons.
