1. Ownership
All content, code, design, photographs, marks and compilations on the platform are owned by Volcastay® or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international law.
2. Trademark
Volcastay® and Volca Stay are trademarks of the proprietor. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
3. User Submissions
By uploading content (photos, reviews, listings, pet profiles, descriptions, messages) you grant Volcastay® a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable licence to host, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, translate, publicly display and create derivative works for operating, promoting and improving the platform.
4. DMCA / Takedown
To report infringement, email support@volcastay.com with: (a) the work allegedly infringed, (b) the URL of the infringing content, (c) your contact details, (d) a good-faith statement of unauthorised use, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury, and (f) your signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
Repeat infringer accounts will be terminated.
