Partner Terms & Conditions
Terms for travel agents, curators and referral partners.

1. Independent Contractor
Partners are independent contractors. No employment, agency, partnership or joint venture is created with Volcastay®.
2. Referrals & Commission
Commission is payable only on confirmed, fully paid, completed and non-refunded bookings, net of cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud and applicable taxes, per the agreed schedule.
3. Conduct
Partners shall not misrepresent inventory, pricing, availability or affiliation; shall not run brand-bidding, spam or misleading campaigns; and shall comply with consumer protection, advertising and data-protection laws.
4. Data Use
Customer data shared with partners must be used solely to fulfil the booking and not for unrelated marketing without explicit consent.
5. Termination
Volcastay® may suspend or terminate any partner relationship at any time for breach, fraud, brand risk or business reasons, forfeiting unpaid commission accrued through breach.
6. Liability
Volcastay's liability to a partner shall not exceed commission earned by that partner in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnity & Disputes
Partners indemnify Volcastay® against any claim arising from partner conduct. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration before litigation wherever legally permissible, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Volcastay®, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India, in the English language. Subject to arbitration, the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
