Booked a Tempo Traveller for our family of 14 from Chandigarh to Manali via Volcastay. Vehicle was a 2024 model, clean, AC worked perfectly even in traffic. Driver was experienced with hill driving. Only minor — Wi-Fi router promised didn't work, but they refunded that portion without argument.
