1) Kindly maintain quite hour timings .As no dancing or noise after 10pm.light music within closed area allowed.
2) pool usage charges rs99/hour per person .pool timing 10am-9pm.Bonfir & BBQ charges@rs500.
3) portable room heater available @rs300/day per heater.big oil heater @rs800/day.
4) Jacuzzi to be used by one person at a time and motor not to be use continuously ,max 1 hr.
5) price on airbnb is for 18 guests .Above that cost rs350/guest max upto 25 guests we can accommodate.Guest staying after 8 pm is consider additional guest and charges applicable accordingly.
