1) Entire second floor with three rooms and hall cum kitchen area will be given in villa which have 3 floors.

2) terrace access only allowed after taking permission from host as its chargeable and also bamboo cottage area might be sold out with terrace.

3) 4 th room will be provided after booking of person increase by guest no 11.Guest staying after 8 pm is consider additional guest and charges applicable accordingly.

4) Kindly maintain quite hour timings .As no dancing or shouting after 10pm.light music within closed area allowed.

5) Pool,barbeque,bonfire,kitchen are shared areas with other floor guests and may not be available for certain duration or entirely occasionally.

6) pool usage charges rs99/hour per person .pool timing 10am-9pm.

7)BBQ & bonfire on prior request only available @rs500.

8)Portable Room heater available at extra charges @rs300/heater per day.Big oil heater @800/day 9) Jacuzzi to be used by one person at a time and max 1 hr motor operation.
